Game Designer

Location: Bengaluru, IN

What you'll do:

Rapidly design and iterate mobile game concepts
Create and balance deep game economies
Create, balance, and fine-tune the game graphics, animation, and UI
Evolve and adapt game designs based on playtesting, feedback, and live metrics
Able to create design documents and update them as needed
Collaborate with the development teams to ensure fast and solid execution

What we're looking for:

1 to 3 + years of experience as a game designer
Exceptional design skills and attention to detail
Strong understanding of game mechanics, level design, and player psychology
Proficiency in game design tools such as Unity
Hyper/hybrid casual games experience would be a plus
Strong communication skills and passion for gaming with a creative mindset
